EE Structures is delivering the demolition and enabling works package at the Rainbow Site for Fairview New Homes, preparing the site for the main construction works.

The package includes demolition and site clearance, processing and recycling of concrete and brickwork on site, bulk earthworks, construction of piling mats and working platforms, drainage and utility installations, road construction and attendance to the piling works. Where possible, materials generated from the demolition works are being processed and reused within the development, helping to reduce waste and the requirement for imported materials.

The works form a key part of the early stages of the development, transforming the existing site and providing the prepared ground, infrastructure and access required for the next phases of construction.
