The works included the preparation and construction of the new building structure, starting with site clearance and progressing through the basement and upper floors.

The main works included:

• Vegetation removal and site clearance to prepare the working areas.
• Deep excavation and drainage works, including excavating to the required depths and installing new underground drainage systems.
• Basement construction, including the installation of the new basement slab.
• Structural columns and walls, forming the main supporting structure of the building.
• Ground floor bearing slab, providing the main structural floor at ground level.
• First floor slab, continuing the main structure upwards.
• Stair core construction, including completing the stair masters for both stair cores from the Lower Ground Floor (LGF) through to Level 5.
• New liner walls, constructed on the existing capping beams to form the required new wall structure.

Overall, the works progressed the building from the initial site preparation and below-ground drainage through to the main structural frame, slabs, walls and stairs up to Level 5.
