We build structural and non-structural blockwork, cavity walls, lift shaft walls, riser walls and plant room enclosures, working to agreed lines and levels to ensure coordination with RC frames, MEP penetrations and fire compartmentation. We also construct upstands, parapets and boundary walls as part of the wider package. Because we also deliver frames and substructure, we understand tolerance, setting out and load paths, which reduces rework and clashes later.
We plan sequencing to align blockwork with follow-on trades so that critical areas, such as risers, cores, and plant rooms, are handed over in the right order. This supports a smoother build and protects the programme in the internal fit-out phase.
You get one accountable team delivering substructure, frame and internal blockwork rather than a chain of disconnected subcontractors. This improves communication, speeds up sign-off, and keeps responsibility clear. It also helps maintain safety and quality standards consistently across the job.
Our supervisors enforce safe working methods, proper material handling and clean work areas. We deliver work that is plumb, level and ready for follow-on trades, helping main contractors and developers keep momentum toward completion.
