Our Section 278 service covers temporary and permanent vehicle crossings, new kerbs and edgings, hard landscaping to pavement standard, drainage tie-ins, street furniture bases and external levels around the site perimeter. We coordinate with drainage, foundations and external works so that falls, cover levels and access routes are correct before handover. Our teams are experienced in working in live public environments where pedestrian safety, traffic management and public interface must be carefully controlled.
We plan permits, traffic management and sequencing early to minimise disruption and protect the reputation of the main contractor and developer with local stakeholders. All works are delivered under strict health and safety supervision in line with UK requirements, including control of plant, signage and exclusion zones.
