Following full mobilisation and site clearance, we’ve carried out reduced-level excavation across the site, along with digging and pouring foundations for the new build, and excavating the swimming pool and attenuation tank.

Below-ground drainage and utility services have now been installed, reinforcement mesh is in, and the ground-floor slab has been cast, setting a solid base for the next phase.
