EE Structures
Health &
Safety

At EE structures ‘Work Safely, Home Safely’ is the one objective we will never lose sight of.

These four simple words underpin everything we do. At EE Structures we believe safety goes beyond physical safety and encompasses the mental wellbeing of all our staff, our supply chain and everyone affected by our work.

Safety is our number one priority.

It is the first thing our teams think about when they get on site. And the first meeting every Monday morning for our leadership and senior management has just one item on the agenda – safety.

To achieve our goals, or those of our clients, we work in partnership with Ashview Consultants a leading Risk management company.

The safety of all personnel on any of our sites is the upmost priority. The process for mitigation of risks happens long before the physical work begins.

Independent oversight

As part of our management strategy, we work with our H&S industry partners to identify, mitigate, and remove risks in advance of the construction phase. On site, we ensure that all EE structures employees have the most up to date Safety training and equipment..

Construction projects are constantly moving environments and were constantly risk assessing our projects daily to ensure practical and safe systems of works are in place.

Underpinning all of our work is our commitment to our five key safety objectives:

  1. Provision of safety training and instruction
  2. Provision of protective equipment
  3. Identification of hazards
  4. Creation of practical and safe working systems
  5. Consultation with staff on safety and health matters
